Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via our selected courier from our Melbourne warehouse. Standard orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Orders with pre-order items follow the timelines listed on the Pre-Order Information page.
International customers may be liable for customs duties and taxes. Failure to pay these may result in parcels being returned without a refund.
Tracking links are sent via email once your order has been dispatched. Domestic orders can be tracked on the Australia Post website, and international orders should be tracked through the local postal carrier. Once dispatched, the courier and local carriers are responsible for delivery. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information, arranging collection or following up on attempted deliveries. Bub and Berry are not responsible for tracking parcels or managing missed deliveries.
Shipping Insurance
Optional shipping insurance covers lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Customers should submit an enquiry with their local postal service and then email hello@bubandberry.com with the order number, tracking number and enquiry number.
Return to Sender (RTS)
If your parcel is returned to Bub and Berry due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect, you will be responsible for all re-shipping costs. Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays and additional charges.
Disclaimer
If your address is not entered correctly at checkout, Bub and Berry will not be held responsible for missing parcels. If your parcel is returned to sender, you will be charged again to re-ship your parcel.
